Nadiia Korol

Online psychological support

Privacy notice

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This notice explains what personal data KOROL NADIIA collects today, why, and what rights you have. It covers the platform as it exists right now: creating an account and signing in. As new features launch — booking, messaging, session records — this notice will be updated to cover them. Anything to do with your psychological support itself is a special category of data under data protection law, and will always be described on its own, clearly, before it is collected.

Who is responsible for your data

Nadiia Korol operates this platform individually and is responsible for your personal data as its controller. See "Contact" below to reach her.

What we collect today

When you create an account: your email address, and a password. Your password is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store it in readable form.

We also keep a record of what you agreed to when creating your account: which consent, the exact wording's version, the language it was shown in, and when you agreed. This lets us show, if ever asked, exactly what you consented to.

We do not yet collect your name, phone number, or any information about why you are looking for support — those fields do not exist in the platform today.

Why we're allowed to collect it

We rely on your explicit consent, given by ticking the boxes on the sign-up form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us — see "Your rights" below.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, in their Frankfurt, Germany data centre — inside the European Union. It does not leave the EU as part of normal operation.

Age requirement

This platform is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we ask you to confirm this when you sign up.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. We are still finalising exact retention periods for the different kinds of data the platform will hold as more features launch; this notice will be updated once that is settled.

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, see "Contact" below.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Poland, this is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your language preference for six months; it holds only a language code and nothing that identifies you. Signing in sets additional cookies needed to keep you signed in — these are required for the account feature to work and cannot be disabled separately from it.

As the platform grows

Booking, messaging, session records and payments do not exist on this platform yet. When they do, they will involve more personal data — including, for anything about your psychological support, a special category of data with stronger legal protection. We will update this notice, and ask for any new consent that is needed, before that data is collected, not after.
