Ukraine's National Psychological Association moves toward self-regulatory-organization status
NPA-UA's Council decided on 2026-02-26 to form a working group tasked with designing a self-regulatory-organization (SRO) model — unified professional standards, a code of ethics, and certification procedures for psychologists in Ukraine. The process is currently at the working-group-formation stage; no implementation date has been announced.

Poland regulates the psychologist profession by statute
A law passed 23 January 2026 introduces a mandatory Register of Psychologists and protects the professional title. It enters into force 19 May 2028 (2 years and 3 months after publication).
