Online psychological support

Online psychological support

I work online with adults, one to one, and alongside organisations supporting their teams.

Languages

I hold sessions in Ukrainian, English and Russian. In Polish — correspondence and practical arrangements.

What people come to me with

Living in another country
Adapting, loneliness, missing home, the sense of not belonging here, finding footing in a new life.
Anxiety and constant worry
Thoughts that will not switch off, fear about the future, worry about people close to you.
Exhaustion and running empty
Long strain, having to stay strong, the state of having nothing left.
Relationships and boundaries
Conflicts that repeat, difficulty saying no, the feeling of not being heard.
Losing your footing in yourself
"I have lost myself", "I don't know what I want", doubting yourself and your decisions.
What the war brought
Losses, separation from family, worry about those who stayed, and how that shows up in daily life.

What to expect — and what I don't work with

What you can expect

A safe space without judgment, attention to what you say, and respect for your pace. I won't try to change you or decide for you — I'm there alongside you while you work things out.

What I don't work with

Acute crisis states requiring immediate intervention; addictions; conditions that need medication or a psychiatrist's care. If you come to me with these, I'll say so directly and help you find where to turn.

How I work

I don't work from a single formula. How we work together depends on what you're bringing and where you are: sometimes what matters most is that someone finally listens to you; sometimes it's working out together where something recurring actually comes from.

We start with what's happening in your life right now. When it becomes clear that today's difficulties have a longer history, we look there too — not because that's the rule, but because it clarifies something.

My role isn't to hand you ready-made answers or decide for you. It's to be a place next to you where you can think out loud without judgment, and come to understand yourself, your needs and your boundaries better.

We set the pace and direction together.

The first conversation

The first conversation is 15–20 minutes, free, with no obligation.

It isn't a session. It's a chance to get acquainted: you tell me what brought you here, I answer your questions about how I work, and together we see whether we're a good fit.

You don't need to prepare anything, and you don't need to explain everything at once. You can start with a single sentence.

Getting started

You can now book a free intro call online, or write to me directly with any questions.
